The Women’s Fund of Western Massachusetts fuels progress toward gender equity by funding the most promising solutions, collaborating with results-oriented partners, and by elevating the collective power of local women to take charge, and to lead with purpose.

- The three prongs on the letter symbolize the three founders of the Fund: Dianne Doherty, Sally Livingston, and Martha Richards.
- The triangle is the strongest shape in nature. The triangles represent the Fund’s three pillars of work: grantmaking, partnerships and advocacy, and leadership development.
